As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, youll be an essential leader in our mission, ensuring our team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
ServiceMaster is currently seeking a part time, evening cleaning Supervisor. Starting at $14.00 an hour, Team member will complete a standard 90 day introductory period as a cleaner. Upon completing the 90 day introductory period without an absence and while having a satisfactory performance, team member will be promoted to learn supervisory duties and receive a wage increase.

Your Role:
As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, youll play a vital role in leading our cleaning team to success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
What You Bring to the Team:

  • Supervisory Experience: 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Communication Skills: English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Work Ethic: A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Stamina: The role requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
