Job description

Manufacturing Associate I / II / III – Assembly (Temporary)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4-10s)
Pay: $21–26/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products using hand tools, microscopes, measurement instruments, and test fixtures.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and promptly report any issues.
  • Adhere to strict clean room protocols (no jewelry, makeup, or personal phones in the clean room).
  • Identify and communicate safety, quality, and process concerns.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in lean and 5S process improvement initiatives.
  • Read and interpret production instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Accurately enter production data into electronic systems.
  • Train other production employees when certified, if applicable.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Comfortable handling small components and adhesives under a microscope.
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Commitment to following clean room protocols at all times.
  • Experience in a clean room or assembly environment is strongly preferred.
