Precision Small-Part Assembly & Inspection - Medical Industry
*Will train the right candidates!


Are you detail-oriented, patient, and good with hands-on work? We are hiring individuals for a precision medical assembly role working with very small components used in medical products.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, jewelry making, electronics, nail technician, crafting, sewing, microscope inspection, soldering, quality inspection, or other fine-detail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble extremely small medical components
  • Inspect parts under a microscope
  • Perform detailed visual quality checks
  • Follow written work instructions carefully
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work with very small parts for extended periods
  • Good eyesight and comfort using a microscope
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Previous small-piece or precision work experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
