Job description

C&M Plumbing And Backflow LLC is seeking a Plumbers Apprentice to support our plumbing team with hands-on work and on-site jobsite assistance in and around Weatherford, TX.

Position Summary

As a Plumbers Apprentice, you will continue to learn the fundamentals of plumbing installation, repair, and service by assisting experienced technicians on a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and committed to working safely on job sites.

You’ll help prepare job materials, assist with basic plumbing tasks, and contribute to clean, well-organized workspaces while gaining practical skills that support long-term career growth in the plumbing trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems under supervision

  • Support jobsite setup and preparation, including gathering materials and maintaining organized tools

  • Help perform basic plumbing tasks such as pipe preparation, fixture support, and cleanup activities

  • Follow safety procedures and jobsite guidelines to ensure safe work practices at all times

  • Maintain professionalism with customers and team members while representing the company in a respectful manner

Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn plumbing skills and follow direction from experienced technicians

  • Ability to work onsite in Weatherford, TX and surrounding areas and participate in hands-on jobsite tasks

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctual attendance

  • Ability to lift and move tools/materials as needed for jobsite work

  • Comfortable working in active environments, including tight spaces and jobsite conditions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Some experience assisting with plumbing work, maintenance, or construction activities
