HOURS: 9AM - 3PM. MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND AVAILABLE WEEKENDS.

$400 Hiring bonus paid over 3 quarters upon being hired.

Job Description:

Supervises the work activities of the housekeepers & housemen to ensure a clean, safe and attractive environment

Typical Work Conditions:

Entire hotel

Equipment Used:

Carts, vacuum, wet and dry mops, various cleaners and cleaning tools but not limited to the above equipment.

Knowledge/Training:

Must be able to read, write and speak English

High school diploma or equivalent

2nd language desirable

3 years minimum housekeeping experience required

Essential Tasks:

Inspects rooms daily for cleanliness, neatness, appearance and wear and tear

Reports needed repairs according to procedures to supervisor and/or maintenance

Works closely with engineering and front office on out-of-order rooms

To assist in the development and implementation of department programs, training, scheduling, supervision of housekeeping employees

Reports lost and found articles to supervisor immediately, mails or properly stores items

Responsible for picking up "over" rooms at times when it becomes necessary
