This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a retail environment, and wants to build a rewarding career with a rapidly growing company.

What You'll Do
  • Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
  • Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
  • Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
  • Accurately document customer information and appointments.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
  • Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
  • Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time opportunities
  • If Full Time, full benefits package for eligible employees, including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Paid time off
    • Paid training
    • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
    • Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization
Qualifications
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable transportation to assigned Lowe's locations.
  • Dependable and responsive via phone, text, and email.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Why Venture Home?

At Venture Home, we invest in our people. Our comprehensive training, supportive leadership, and clear career paths have helped many team members grow into high-performing sales professionals and leadership positions.

If you're looking for a company that rewards hard work, values personal growth, and provides unlimited earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
