If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running right, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate material flow between warehouse, prefab, and field based on project schedules.
  • Help improve inventory systems and processes.

Purchasing and Material Management

  • Compare supplier quotes and verify orders and invoices.
  • Track pricing on common electrical materials, including wire, conduit, devices, panels, lighting, and gear.
  • Schedule deliveries and work with vendors and job sites to resolve discrepancies.
  • Keep purchasing records and documentation current and accurate.

Fleet, Tools, and Equipment

  • Maintain vehicle assignments and service schedules.
  • Track tool distribution and returns.
  • Coordinate calibration, repairs, and replacements.
  • Replenish consumables, PPE, and shop supplies.

What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed:

  • Two or more years of experience in construction, electrical contracting, or operations coordination.
  • Working knowledge of electrical components and systems such as panels, conductors, conduit types, fittings, gear, and lighting.
  • Familiarity with prefab or shop workflows is preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with basic ERP or purchasing system experience.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a warehouse setting.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.

The Benefits of Joining Our Team:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays and vacation
  • Short-term disability
  • Life insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee referral incentives and anniversary recognition
  • Company events and team activities

Weโ€™re reviewing applications as they come in and will keep the position open until we find the right fit.

Start date is flexible, but we are eager to have the right candidate join our team as soon as possible.
