AY2627 Student Tech Assistant - Classroom Technology (Work-Study Required)
Duties include:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Office of Classroom Technologies (OCT). Provide first tier tech support and assistance (phone and in-person) to users of AV technology within classrooms. Score Scantron exams and provide Scantron reports to faculty.
  • Experience in customer service. Computer and trouble shooting skills is a plus.
