ECE Substitutes is hiring experienced Early Childhood Teachers for flexible substitute assignments with childcare centers and preschools.

This is a great opportunity for educators who want to work without committing to a fixed weekly schedule. Choose available shifts based on your schedule, location, and preferred age groups.

What You’ll Do

  • Support infant, toddler, preschool, and Pre-K classrooms
  • Follow classroom routines and lesson plans
  • Assist with activities, meals, transitions, and supervision
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
  • Provide dependable classroom coverage when programs need additional support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of early childhood classroom experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dependable and comfortable adapting to different classrooms
  • Must meet state-required background and eligibility requirements

Schedule: 11 - 6pm or Flexible — choose from available shifts
Employment: Part-time / Substitute
Pay: $17 - $19/hour, based on experience and credentials
