Product Manager

Technology sits at the center of AAA's next chapter. Auto Club Enterprises is turning 125 years of roadside trust into membership and digital products that redefine its products and services offered to millions of members. Product leaders here share one goal: build meaningful experiences that keep AAA essential in a rapidly changing world.

The Role

As a Product Manager on the Membership Product Management team, you will guide product strategy, development delivery and growth of the Classic Membership product. Who Thrives at Auto Club Enterprises

You design the platforms and services that will power AAA's core membership for generations to come.

You work to influence journeys and peace of mind for more than 18 million members.

You use evidence to make decisions. You know how to brief a data science partner, interpret what the numbers show, and translate findings into program action, you close the loop, you don't just report it.

Your success is measured by real member outcomes and business value.

You like owning outcomes, setting clear goals, choosing your path and rallying partners without waiting for top-down direction.

You love working with and learning from peers who have deep, end-to-end product management expertise.

What You Will Do

Define and evolve the strategy, positioning, and growth roadmap for AAA Classic Membership, balancing acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime member value objectives.

Develop business cases and multi-quarter roadmaps that connect product investments to membership growth, profitability, member satisfaction, and long-term business outcomes.

Analyze member behavior, market trends, competitive dynamics, and operational performance to identify opportunities that strengthen membership value and market differentiation.

Own the end-to-end management of the Classic Membership product, including acquisition programs, growth initiatives, forecasting, profitability management, product enhancements, and cost optimization.

Partner with Marketing, Digital Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and deliver cohesive member experiences.

Design and execute structured experiments to validate product enhancements, acquisition strategies, pricing approaches, and engagement initiatives; use data and member insights to continuously improve performance.

Define and monitor key performance indicators including acquisition, retention, penetration, profitability, engagement, and member satisfaction; translate insights into actionable product decisions.

Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to interpret cohort analyses, segmentation models, behavioral trends, and performance reporting that inform product strategy.

Build trusted relationships across the organization by driving collaboration, communicating clearly, influencing without direct authority, and maintaining focus on member and business outcomes.

What You Bring

5+ years leading customer-facing products, membership programs, subscription businesses, or related consumer products through the full product lifecycle.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing product strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, profitability, and long-term customer value.

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution plans, business cases, and measurable outcomes.

Proven ability to partner with Analytics or Data Science teams to define success metrics, design experiments, interpret results, and translate findings into product improvements.

Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and executive stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver results.

Fluency with product discovery methodologies, experimentation frameworks, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.

Proven ability to simplify complexity, drive consensus, and influence without direct authority.

AI-fluent and comfortable leveraging modern tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, communication, and product execution.

Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

Join us to redefine how people move, protect what matters, and discover the world, all while advancing your craft alongside a passionate, supportive team.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$120,500.00 - $160,800.00
