MARKETING CAMPAIGN LEAD ANALYST

Seeking Marketing Campaign Lead Analyst to work with country's largest lending-exclusive financial companies, proudly serving millions of customers with safe, affordable, and transparent installment loans. Helping customers take control and improve their financial lives. It's all about doing the right thing - a mission that hasn't changed for more than 100 years.

NOTE: locations could be either Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD; Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including event-triggered workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and push.
  • Develop and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard workflows, including data ingestion, enrichment, targeting logic, and automated delivery processes.
  • Create dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks, ensuring scalable and reusable components across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AJO with enterprise data sources, configure schemas, define events, and ensure accurate real-time profile activation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshooting workflow failures, optimizing delivery throughput, and ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
