Bring Custom Creations to Life with L.L.Bean!
Our Bean for Business team specializes in embroidering company logos, names, and symbols onto iconic L.L.Bean gear, from classic Boat and Tote bags to cozy fleece jackets. Each stitch represents quality, craftsmanship, and pride.
We are currently hiring temporary, full-time Embroidery Machine Operators to work in our Lewiston warehouse to help us deliver these high-quality, customized products to our corporate customers. No prior experience? No problem - we'll train you!
As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you would:
  • Operate a computer-guided, multi-head embroidery machine to stitch logos with precision
  • Select thread colors, thread needles, and measure products to ensure perfect placement
  • Inspect finished embroidery to ensure it meets L.L.Bean quality standards
  • Work closely with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

Available Schedules
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-10:00pm

All Bean for Business warehouse team members are expected to work Saturdays in November and December (our peak season).
Additional details:
  • Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs
  • These temporary roles are expected to last through the holiday peak season and may continue through February 2027, depending on demand
