This certification typically requires passing written and practical exams and may involve skills in various welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, or FCAW. Employers often seek Class B welders for construction, manufacturing, and heavy equipment repair projects.

What are some typical challenges faced by Class B Welders on the job and how can they be managed?

Class B Welders often encounter challenges such as working in confined spaces, handling fluctuating workloads, and maintaining safety standards while producing consistent weld quality.
