Now hiring for a Class B Driver Location: Austin, TX Pay Rate: $27.50/hour + $5.55/hour Health & Wellness Stipend (first 40 hours worked) Effective rate of $33.05/hour for first 40 hours worked each week $29.00/hour after 40 hours worked Schedule: Sunday through Saturday availability required Morning routes depart between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM OR Afternoon/evening routes depart between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM 5 to 6 days per week; Local routes, home daily More Than Driving. Job Duties
  • Operate a Class B straight truck on local delivery routes
  • Transport and deliver mail and related materials safely and efficiently
  • Utilize liftgate equipment during deliveries when required
  • Handle and maneuver rolling mail bins at pickup and delivery locations
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
  • Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
Driving Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class B license + current DOT Medical Card.
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
  • Clean MVR and passable screenings.
  • 1 year of CDL driving experience, within the past 3 years.
  • No more than 3 combined violations or accidents in 3 years.
  • Sharp on DOT regs, checks, and compliance.
