Job description

We are accepting applications for full time and part time sweeper truck drivers. All applicants must have a CDL Class B License with at least one year commercial driving experience. We will properly train the right candidate on safe operation of our sweeper trucks

Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule

Reliable transportation and a mobile phone are required. A strong mechanical background is a plus.

Class B Truck Driver Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow directions and routes to job sites
  • Perform safe and professional operation of the sweeper truck duties
  • Fill out pre and post trip safety logs
  • Obtain signatures of work completion
  • Communicate with dispatch as needed
  • Maintain and clean vehicle as needed (refuel, fluids, tire pressure, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
  • Track and report working hours
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations
  • Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions

Class B Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid Class B commercial driver’s license required
  • 2+ years of driving a class B truck a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience operating construction equipment and or trash trucks is a plus
