Ideal Ready Mix is now hiring dependable CDL Permit Holders to join our team as CDL Driver Trainees. If you're ready to start a career in the trucking and construction industry, this is a great opportunity to gain experience, complete CDL training through our training partner, and build a long-term career close to home.


What You'll Do:

  • Participate in a CDL training program, and obtain your Class B CDL
  • Learn to safely operate a ready-mix truck
  • Assist with deliveries to local job sites while gaining hands-on experience
  • Learn and follow all DOT and company safety regulations
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL Permit (Class A or B) required
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous construction, labor, or driving experience is a plus but not required
  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
