  • Material Delivery: Transport and accurately dump all types of aggregates, hot-mix asphalt, and construction materials according to project site directions.
  • Compliance & Inspections: Perform mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
  • Logistics Tracking: Maintain accurate daily paperwork, including tracking truck mileage and delivery tickets.
  • Schedule Reliability: Report for work promptly at 6:00 AM daily, maintaining a professional and safety-first mindset on every shift.

Required Qualifications

  • License: Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples endorsement (Required). HazMat endorsement is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of commercial driving experience.
  • Transmission Mastery: Proven experience operating a manual transmission truck (No automatic restrictions on license).
  • Compliance: Must possess a current Medical Card, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and be able to pass a pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol screening.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours & Seasonal Schedule

  • Winter Shift: 40+ hours per week (Guaranteed stable winter work).
  • Summer Shift: 55+ hours per week (Excellent overtime earning potential).
  • Daily Hours: Early morning starts around 6:00 AM daily.
  • Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional optional Saturday shifts available for extra hours.

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay Structure: Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience (DOE).
  • Reliable Payroll: Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit available.
  • Work-Life Balance: Home daily with all major holidays off.
