Medical Equipment Installer / Delivery Driver - Non-CDL
Monday-Friday | Travel Across the Southeast | $825 / Week
Location: Woodridge, IL
Company: DSL Solutions
DSL Solutions, a healthcare logistics company, is hiring full-time Medical Equipment Installers / Delivery Drivers to support our growing white glove logistics team. In this role, you'll deliver and install exam tables, chairs, cabinets, and other equipment that doctors rely on to treat patients. This is more than a driving job-your work directly impacts healthcare access and quality.
What You'll Do
  • Operate a 26' box truck to transport and install medical equipment across the Midwest
  • Deliver, unload, and install exam room furnishings and components (tools and training provided)
  • Work in active medical offices or new facilities, interacting professionally with customers
  • Travel overnight 2-3 nights per week (per diem and hotel accommodations provided)
  • Assist with local deliveries or warehouse tasks when not on the road

Compensation & Pay Structure
Weekly Pay: $825 gross
  • Pay Components: Combination paid based on jobs performed during the week
    • Weekly Rate: $825
    • Per Diem: $50 per overnight
    • Potential performance Bonuses for meeting goals

Team members work 40-50 hours per week and are paid weekly via direct deposit.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a DOT medical card
  • Class C driver's license
  • Experience driving a 26' box truck with lift gate
  • Able to lift 50-75 lbs and work with tools
  • 2+ years of recent non-CDL delivery driving experience
  • Willingness to travel 3-4 nights per week
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
