What You'll Doย 
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Member Service Associates
  • Ensure exceptional member service and financial solutions delivery
  • Oversee daily branch operations, cash handling, security, and compliance
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and operational accuracy
  • Support branch growth through member relationship building and product referrals
  • Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance development
  • Serve as the branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Ensure adherence to all credit union policies and regulatory requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience
  • Experience opening accounts and supporting consumer lending activities
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, member service, and branch operations
  • A thorough understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards and Home Equity loan products.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • NMLS license or ability to obtain upon hire
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
