What You'll Do

As our Warranty Administrator & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be an important part of the service team, helping ensure repairs are processed accurately while creating a seamless experience for every customer.

Warranty Administration
  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Review, correct, and resubmit rejected claims.
  • Work closely with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure all manufacturer requirements are satisfied.
  • Maintain organized and accurate warranty records.
  • Monitor outstanding warranty receivables and report aging claims to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Audi warranty policies and procedures.
Customer Experience & Service Support
  • Deliver concierge-level service to every customer, whether in person, by phone, or electronically.
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and follow-up needs.
  • Help create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient service drive experience.
  • Resolve concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Support the service team in exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or a related dealership role.
  • Knowledge of automotive service operations and repair order processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and strong work ethic.
  • Leadership or coaching experience is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
