The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate with 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Experience working on third-party bodily injury claims, handling extensive personal injury claims, including automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or business and wrongful death claims preferred.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
  • Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
