Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its expanding Construction Litigation Practice in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes construction disputes in a collaborative and client-focused environment.


Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
  • 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience, with a focus on construction litigation
  • Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
