Job description

Due to growth in our company we are looking for a warranty analyst. We are looking for detailed and self starter to join our team.
  • The Warranty Analyst prepares, submits and track warranty claims
  • Reconcile schedules for their locations
  • Reviews paid claims for shortages or discrepancies
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the claims
  • Communicate with their locations for missing information to file the claim
  • Track and submit core returns to their locations
  • Become familiar with the manufacturers policies and procedures
  • Assist other analyst as needed
  • Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, causal part and/or other required information to complete claim
  • Must be familiar with Xcel.
  • Able to navigate around needed programs to complete/find information for a claim
