Transaction Processing Associate III
Pay: $21.02 per hour

We are seeking a detail oriented Transaction Processing Associate III to support a high volume transaction processing operation during an important open enrollment period. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast paced production environment, enjoy problem solving, and take pride in delivering accurate, high quality work.

What You'll Do
As a Transaction Processing Associate III, you will research, analyze, and update consumer information while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting critical enrollment operations and maintaining high quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and process consumer transactions using multiple systems.
  • Accurately update consumer information while following established procedures.
  • Support open enrollment transaction processing activities.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
  • Complete assigned work within required service level agreements.
  • Review information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processing procedures and operating systems.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Report to work prepared to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow attendance policies and project guidelines.

Qualifications
Preferred
  • College degree.
  • Previous transaction processing, eligibility determination, claims processing, data entry, or related administrative experience.

Required Skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently after training.
  • Comfortable working in a production driven environment with strict deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and data entry.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
