Join us as a Warehouse Associate! You'll handle shipping and receiving, pull and pack orders, and help load and unload trucks. It's a hands-on job with work inside and out—rain, snow, or shine. No Sundays required!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive, helpful experience for all internal and external customers.
  • Learn and navigate the warehouse layout, yard setup, bin system, and product categories.
  • Handle all products, materials, and equipment with care.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble materials for shipment or counter pick-up.
  • Double-check your work to prevent shipping, receiving, or inventory errors.
  • Clearly label all outgoing orders with customer names and carton counts.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately—sign, date, and note any shortages or damage.
  • Unload incoming deliveries and verify contents for accuracy, damage, and proper routing.
  • Stock and organize products in their correct locations.
  • Report vendor shipping errors per company procedures.
  • Scan and file receiving, freight claim, and return documents.
  • Help keep the warehouse and yard clean and orderly.
  • Always follow safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of warehouse experience preferred, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic plumbing/waterworks knowledge and an understanding of product applications.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Proficient with computers; experience with Eclipse software is a plus.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Must be able to pass a powered industrial equipment operator exam (e.g., forklift certification).
