Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Maximize efficiency and support sales by maintaining warehouse operations and processes
  • Accurately receive and pull products to meet operational needs
  • Complete necessary paperwork and submit it to the appropriate department in a timely manner
  • Maintain warehouse appearance and functionality to meet company standards
  • Implement 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized workspace
  • Operate in a safe manner and always adhere to safety protocols while wearing required PPE
  • Review inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager promptly
  • Ensure accurate product receiving and pulling to maintain inventory integrity
  • Properly rack and tag all merchandise to ensure easy access and traceability
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor/Branch Manager to support inventory accuracy and quality
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Experience in delivery or logistics
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse and wholesale operations
  • Knowledge of safety policies and processes
Physical Requirements
  • Lift or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to stoop and kneel daily to perform warehouse tasks
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
  • Must be able to perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product, and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools
