• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patients’ unique needs and best practices.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
