Community makes us all stronger. As a Community Living Floater (DSP Floater) with Easterseals, you'll work alongside people with disabilities to help them thrive in their homes and their community.
The Community Living Floater provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. Instead of working in a single home like our CL Specialist/DSP positions, you would serve as a DSP supporting 10-20 homes within a designated geographic area of St. Louis County.
This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Full-time employment
  • 3-4 Day work weeks (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday)
  • $1.50/hour premium added to base pay rate for Floaters
  • Eligible for additional shifts and overtime
  • 12-13 hour Days

Qualifications for this role include:
