Injection Molding Machinery in Plant: Aoki and Nissei
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 step injection molding experience; stretch blow molding
- Process and qualify bottles/containers
- Ability to disassemble and assemble PET injection molding machinery and auxiliary/downstream equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
- Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
- Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions
- Analyzes test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
- AC/DC Motor and VFD Drives and PLC Allen Bradley.
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Train and develop processes to encourage internal growth with employees
- Lead role for new product launches and bottle qualifications
- Adjusting heats, parison adjustments, air pressure adjustments, machinal adjustments to the molds, cooling adjustments/dwell time, consistent resin flow so the container will within the customer requirements
- Advise Plant Operators, Maintenance, and Set Up Tech on machine adjustments, maintenance and processing, improvements in design and/or modifications needed to molds or tooling.
