Overview Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and administrative support to leadership and staff across defense and space intelligence sectors. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Track and process civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records. * Support workforce management activities including billet tracking and personnel readiness. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, visitor control, and leadership task management. * Maintain personnel databases and support process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility. Skills Required Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required. * Minimum 10 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities. * Experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations. Desired Qualifications * Proven track record improving HR workflow visibility and administrative processes.
