Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Site Civil Engineer to lead and expand our civil site practice in our Charleston, SC office. This is a strategic leadership position focused on business development, project delivery, team growth, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and team management skills to help shape the direction and success of the site civil group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with office and practice leaders to execute growth strategies.

  • Expand market presence through targeted marketing and business development efforts.

  • Manage departmental budgets and effectively allocate resources.

  • Lead proposal development and contribute to securing new projects.

  • Serve as a technical advisor and resource for project managers and team members.

  • Identify staffing needs and lead recruitment and hiring efforts.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and guide professional development.

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to ensure team success and growth.

  • Oversee design and permitting for a wide range of site development projects.

  • Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:
