Commercial Finance Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance & Banking Attorney with 10+ years of experience and an established portable book of business to join its growing practice.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing banks, financial institutions, commercial lenders, developers, and business clients in sophisticated commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, commercial real estate financing, asset-based lending, term and revolving credit facilities, and tax-exempt financings.

Candidates should also have experience handling loan workouts, debt restructurings, forbearance agreements, creditors' rights matters, and other complex financing transactions. Strong drafting, negotiation, client counseling, and business development skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of commercial finance and banking law experience.
  • Significant experience in commercial lending and loan documentation.
  • Experience with loan workouts and creditors' rights preferred.
  • Established portable book of business required.
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
