Senior Civil Project Manager page is loaded## Senior Civil Project Managerlocations: Dallas, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 18 Days Agojob requisition id: R-15798**Scope**The Senior Project Manager 1 will provide overall leadership as the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing projects of all sizes and complexities. They will work closely with a team of engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Their primary responsibilities will include assuring project completeness and accuracy, on-time project delivery within the monetary budget, ensuring this is done in accordance with JQI and client standards. Senior Project Managers will also develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service and exceeding client expectations. This role is limited to those project managers at JQI that have demonstrated competence in managing large projects and / or a significant volume of small to medium projects annually and who are actively managing projects more than 50% of their time.**Principal Responsibilities*** Coordinate, oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity; Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients* Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and* Market Directors/Leaders during the initial stages of project opportunities* Assist Project Executives and Client Executives with design scopes of work and fee calculations for proposal generation as well as with contract reviews* Create project schedules including targets for milestones and deadlines* Create monthly billings and submit financial information to Accounting in a timely manner; Update billing projections and estimated completion percentage for all projects monthly* Collaborate with design staff and coordinate scheduling of projects during all phases of design and construction* Ensure design follows owner standards and requirements, JQI standards, and code requirements; Ensure design milestone deliverables are achieved, JQI and client quality control processes are completed, and construction technical support occurs in a timely manner* Prepare project status reports and other documentation, schedule and lead progress meetings and provide meeting documentation* Lead project interviews and project presentations* Train, mentor, and motivate staff* Build, maintain, and develop client relationships* Respond to and resolve client/construction concerns.
