YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with all applicable requirements.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning activities, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress.
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and financial impacts while documenting variances and changes.
  • Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Managing changes, participating in site meetings, coordinating the resolution of deficiencies, and preparing project closeout documentation.

  • Hold a university degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field;
