Job Description Law Clerk - Litigation Richmond Hill, Ontario Our client, a well established business law firm located in Richmond Hill seeks a Law Clerk to join its expanding team. This is a full time permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in all facets of a litigation file and to support this friendly team.

5+ years of experience working in a litigation practice and knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure. Experience working on and compiling Factums, Motion Records and assisting with court preparations and filings are further required. A diploma or certificate in a Law Clerk, Legal Assistant or Paralegal program is desired.

Strong organizational skills, a 'can do' attitude' and excellent customer service skills are required. Strong knowledge of OneKey, CaseCentre, MSWord and Adobe are further necessary. Interested candidates should forward their resume in confidence.
