Position Summary
ILSI Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design and construction management experience who is passionate about infrastructure development and community impact. You will play a key role in project execution, client satisfaction, and the growth of our Technical Division.


Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support civil engineering projects, including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with New Orleans DPW and SWB specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Technical Division.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of civil engineering experience
- Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects- Preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - Required
- Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads - Plus
