Position: Systems Engineer (Job Code: 1390)
Duties : Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT applications in the plant to ensure maximum contribution to productivity, quality, and responsiveness; facilitating the implementation of IT enablers in the plant to support the Company's Process efforts in terms of flexible and lean manufacturing, error proofing and manufacturing execution systems; utilize and apply knowledge of Splunk Tool, JIRA, Six Sigma, AutoCAD, LINUX/Unix, AUTOSAR, Java, Python, ADAS software systems, MISRA, C++, and MATLAB to accomplish assigned duties; applying IT skills to manufacturing; providing technical support for IT Applications and Infrastructure; and integrating and maintaining the production scheduling execution systems in an assembly setting.
Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Salary: $120,349 per year; Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree - Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None;
Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Systems Analyst, as a Telecom Network Engineer, as an Embedded Engineer, as a Product Design Engineer or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year use of all the following: Splunk Tool, JIRA, Six Sigma, AutoCAD, LINUX/Unix, AUTOSAR, Java, Python, ADAS software systems, MISRA, C++, and MATLAB.
