Position: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Newton, MA (Onsite)

Duration: Full-time

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline · 5+ years of relevant engineering experience; ideally in water/wastewater or environmental engineering.

· Experience with municipal or decentralized wastewater systems, water treatment, stormwater, or environmental infrastructure.

· Strong engineering report writing, design and project management skills.

· AutoCAD experience required/preferred; GIS/ArcView experience is a plus.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage water/wastewater and decentralized wastewater-engineering projects.

· Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, and design documents.

· Perform preliminary and final engineering design for wastewater, water, stormwater, and related environmental projects.

· Support permitting, regulatory approvals, and coordination with municipalities and agencies.

· Provide construction observation and technical support during project implementation.

· Work directly with clients and provide technical guidance on complex wastewater and water-quality challenges.

· Utilize AutoCAD, GIS/ArcView and Microsoft Office for engineering and project deliverables.
