We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our clients'ย  growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and evaluation of steel and concrete structures supporting industrial, manufacturing, refinery, energy, and process facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze structural steel and reinforced concrete systems for industrial and facility-related projects.
  • Develop engineering calculations, structural analyses, and technical reports.
  • Perform seismic evaluations and design in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and architectural disciplines throughout project development.
  • Collaborate with BIM/CAD design teams to develop detailed engineering deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and structural assessments as required.
  • Support construction activities by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and providing technical guidance.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, client requirements, and safety standards.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
  • 5-8 years of structural engineering experience within industrial, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, power generation, energy, or similar heavy industrial environments.
  • Proven experience designing steel and concrete structures for industrial facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Experience supporting refinery, chemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food processing, or power generation facilities.
  • Knowledge of retrofit, expansion, and brownfield industrial projects.
  • Strong project coordination and client communication skills.
