Civil Engineer Europe Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our growing Design Management Services team in Virginia. This role works closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver projects to a variety of clients including municipalities, counties, commercial, and industrial entities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to design and manage engineering projects for various clients.
• Utilize Civil 3D and other design software to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure project specifications are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Demonstrate flexibility and organization in managing multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal, state, and land development engineering.
• Active Engineer in Training (EIT) certification for the State of Virginia or ability to complete within 6 months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to conduct on-site visits.

• Experience in Erosion & Sediment Control.
• EIT certification with eagerness to obtain PE when eligible.

The work schedule consists of three days in the office and two days out of the office, with flexibility required depending on workload. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The team values communication, career growth, and development in a close-knit, supportive, and understanding environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
