Job description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–7 years of experience to support site development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. This role will focus on design, analysis, and coordination while working closely with senior engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site development designs including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
  • Perform engineering calculations and assist with technical reports
  • Develop construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external consultants
  • Assist with permitting and respond to agency comments
  • Support construction administration, including RFIs and submittals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2–7 years of site development or land development experience
  • EIT certification preferred. PE a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
