DENTAL PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Sundance Dental Care of Rio Rancho is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for patients, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by coordinating appointments, discussing treatment plans, managing accounts, and supporting communication between patients and providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ Years of Experience in the Dental Field (preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all aspects of the dental office
  • Greet patients upon arrival
  • Manage schedules according to appointment schedule guidelines
  • Present and review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
  • Organize and maintain case acceptance of 90% compliance rate
  • Maintain quick call system to maintain scheduling efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
