About Us
Maple Ridge Grocer/Bishop Quigley is located in the heart of Maple Ridge! The best of two worlds, featuring an all-day bistro that offers delicious food, cocktails, wine, and an assortment of grab-and-go options along with a friendly neighborhood pub, Bishop Quigley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate orders
  • Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
  • Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
  • Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
  • Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department
