POSITION SUMMARY

Stay Dog Rentals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Rapid City, MI for a 15 unit resort.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, practical, and adaptable, able to tackle a variety of cleaning tasks with efficiency and precision. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform cleaning duties of properties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, bathroom cleaning, etc

  • Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.

  • Stock and perform staging duties as needed

  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager

  • Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

  • Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred - but we are willing to train

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • A team player with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work in fast-paced environments.

  • Effective communication and listening skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $18 - 25

Schedule: Flexible
