Our digital health suite includes electronic health record systems, facilitating easy access to patient histories and treatment progress.

• Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations and interviews, documenting comprehensive case histories from the initial consultation to the conclusion of treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, focused on their unique situations and needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to maximize client engagement and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to create and implement comprehensive intervention strategies.
• Conduct follow-ups for clients requiring hospitalization, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care during their treatment journey.
• Identify behaviors that may obstruct recovery, and proactively develop strategies to address these concerns.
• Offer support and guidance to families and primary caregivers, assisting them in understanding and managing mental health challenges effectively.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and trauma-related disorders. You will play a crucial role in fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients to overcome their challenges and improve their overall mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• Proven experience as a mental health counselor, with a strong focus on best practices in therapeutic settings.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health records systems such as AVATAR to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently.

• Experience working with clients with co-occurring disorders and involvement in addiction recovery processes.
• Awareness of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) guidelines and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of the physiological and psychological impact of pharmacological treatments provided by medical practitioners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize and support clients dealing with sensitive issues.

The financial package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer an attractive sign-on bonus to new hires.
