Arctiq is growing, and we are looking for a Bilingual Observability Consultant with strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for presenting and teaching. As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with talented and like-minded industry individuals, driving advanced software-based platform solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Guide end-to-end client involvement, covering opportunity identification, proposal processes, architecture and design, and project delivery. Follow industry standards, delivering top-tier solutions to our valued customers.
  • Monitor client's critical application performance and availability.
  • Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings.
  • Assist client staff in the troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues.
  • Develop innovative solutions, architectures, proof of concepts, demo/lab environments, and compelling business cases. Showcase the benefits of digital transformation programs and the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide visibility into project delivery scope, timelines, and expectations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to develop content, including sales collateral, blog posts, podcasts, and live workshops. Present at company and partner events, contributing to thought leadership in the industry.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering professional development. Actively participate in professional associations, industry events, and community engagements, contributing intellectual property (IP) development.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technology developments by maintaining partner certifications and actively participating in technology events.


Qualifications:


  • Strong background in observability strategies and tools, including Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring solutions for large-scale applications and infrastructure.
  • Experience integrating observability seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines for real-time feedback and automated performance checks.
  • Expertise in using config as code to automate and manage monitoring configurations across environments.
  • Proficient in deploying Observability Agents and using custom instrumentation to capture application and infrastructure metrics.
  • Experience with application technologies (J2EE, .NET, Citrix, Microservices)
  • Experience with database technologies (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL)
  • Good understanding of distributed applications
  • Good understanding of web and enterprise applications
  • Ability to address complex application environments to provide customers with clear guidance on implementation strategy and potential performance improvements
  • Over 3 years of experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.
  • Strong understanding of distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics monitoring in microservices architectures.
  • Over 2 years of experience with IAC, automation and configuration management solutions, utilizing tools like Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation & Control.
  • Expertise in defining SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to align performance with business goals.
  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering/Systems Engineering/DevOps role is required
  • Experience integrating Observability with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to monitor cloud-native infrastructure and services.
  • Familiar with Dynatrace Security Monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Demonstrated and applied experience in establishing and delivering complex projects, showcasing a track record of successful implementations.
  • Skilled at coding and scripting languages, including but not limited to Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and Typescript
