Responsibilities:
• All aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of all production Citrix systems
• Supports applications, hardware, operating systems and network infrastructure
• Make architectural and operational recommendations applying updates to the Citrix environments
• Maintenance/monitoring/upgrading/troubleshooting
• Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the servers in Citrix
• Administration on Citrix PVS for server maintenance (ongoing task), upgrades (ongoing task), and image maintenance/updates/upgrades (ongoing task)
• Configuration, deployment, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of EPIC-related tasks
• Drawing upon concepts of tools, technologies, and methodologies to collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties
• Good technical knowledge depth on MS Operating System
• Providing 3rd level support to end users for issues on various OS platforms and the creation and communication of Citrix support documentation for 1st and 2nd level support teams
