Citation X pilots are professional aviators who are trained and certified to operate the Cessna Citation X, a high-speed business jet. Their responsibilities include pre-flight planning, aircraft inspection, navigation, communication with air traffic control, and ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Citation X pilots must hold at least a commercial pilot's license with multi-engine and instrument ratings, and typically have specific type ratings for the Citation X.
