Strategically, assistant managersare responsible fordriving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. Theyare responsible foroverseeing daily store operationsincluding opening and closing routinesand driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managersleveragetheir creativeexpertisethroughfloorsetupdates, stylingrecommendationsand product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day.   • Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
  • Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
