We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong track record of developing people to join the Capstone Transportation team in a future leadership role. Capstone—a Connect Health affiliate—offers a unique opportunity where you’ll gain hands‑on operational experience, executive mentorship, and the strategic training required to lead a medical transportation operation. This paid 6–12 month track is built for driven leaders who want responsibility, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in their market.

Upon successful completion, you’ll step into an Executive Director role—owning the vision, direction, and operational control of your own healthcare company. In addition, you have opportunity to become a CEO after showing operational success.
